Our August meeting was focused on historical beer styles. Todd Cogswell presented on Koyt and Gose styles, Lloyd Chatham discussed Kotbusser, Hugh Gardner explained Mumm and other gruit styles, and Keith Goldstein from Circle City Zymurgy joined us to talk about his Piwo Z Grodziska (which won best of show in the 2021 Indiana Brewers’ Cup). Slide deck from presentation is included below.

Tom and Michelle Bullington told the club about how they got into brewing, and the exciting history of Crasian Brewing

Todd presented on Weissen yeast beers.
April meeting sampled the IPA kits given out at the holiday party. Brewers were encouraged to make their own stamp on the base kit, and 7 brewers brought 8 samples.

Lloyd held his annual St Patricks day party, and many club members attended.
