Our August meeting was focused on historical beer styles. Todd Cogswell presented on Koyt and Gose styles, Lloyd Chatham discussed Kotbusser, Hugh Gardner explained Mumm and other gruit styles, and Keith Goldstein from Circle City Zymurgy joined us to talk about his Piwo Z Grodziska (which won best of show in the 2021 Indiana Brewers’ Cup).
