THC was happy to attend Fermentation Frenzy 2023, held by Purdue Food Science and tue Fermentation Sciences program.
Here is what we are pouring
So THC had a great time serving beers on the Madam Carroll as part of the 3rd Annual BrewsCruise. Hugh, Lloyd, Tom, Carl, Anne and Becky poured homebrew samples, which were provided by Lloyd Chatham, Tom Miller, Todd Cogswell, Hugh Gardner, Benny Goller, Michael Meeks (and Rich?)
Members:I just wanted to remind everyone that this Sunday, May 22, from 11-5 is Parilla! There will be a number of dishes coming off of the grills starting about 11:30. Bacon wrapped pickles, shrimp tacos, ribs, salmon, and other grilled dishes await you. And sharing home brewed and commercial beers too. We hope to see you then.

Thanks to Tom, Michael, Nick and Linda for manning the THC booth
The THC Holiday party was a fun affair:
Plenty of conversations:
Thanks you for everyone attending.
Our THC Holiday party will be on January 18th, from 6 p.m. to 9 pm. upstairs at LBC. Appetizers will be provided by LBC.
Bring beers to share as we do in the open tasting part of our regular meetings.
This year, we have a fair amount of extra hops and malt, so some door prizes will be awarded. And of course, we will have the bottle exchange. This is how it works:
1.) Bring up to 4 (12 oz). bottles of your homebrewed creations. You can bring larger bottles, but you may end up exchanging your bomber for a 12 oz. bottle.
2.)For each bottle you will get a ticket.
3.) When one of your ticket numbers is called, you can go up and select a bottle of one of the beverages on the table. This is a great way to try other styles, and the products of other brewers, and a THC tradition.
We hope to see you there.
